Lisanne Jacobs is a Dutch (song)writer whose life imploded within a month of graduating from the Utrecht Conservatory. She has kept creating from bed throughout various stages of illness, collaborating with advocacy groups as well as fellow disabled artists. She likes to explore themes of living loss, medical gaslighting, sense-making and the passage of time in her work. Her first single “Does the World Miss Me Back?” is set to be released in 2026 ☆
